Doggie Pees and Roses
One on my dogs has decided that she likes to do her business in one of the rose gardens which houses my favorite iceberg, and then she being a girl the boy is right behind her to mark his spot, so on and so on, when I pruned it the other week the soil stunk of pee and am frightened it will kill my rose

Re: Doggie Pees and Roses
Don't reckon it will... depends what you feed them... I know dogs fed too much dry food can kill grass... that was a while back... not sure how things have changed in this dept. Maybe just kep an eye on it, lime at the ready to sweeten up any overly acid soil.

Re: Doggie Pees and Roses
okay , I will dose up with lime when they start to shoot again, and mu dogs are far to well fed for doggie bickies, maybe more like the 'Arnotts' variety and mainly home prepared foods
