Abbi, how is the picture posting going as Ripley has said garden pictures please. I could send the way I do it from this forum. Others could send ways that they send from programs like "photobucket" The only thing I am working on is multiple pictures. Simon might see this and help us both at the same time, Regards David.

Hi,
I've never managed to post a picture on this forum either. It's all too hard.

I have to say... I really do not know why people find it so hard to post an image here... so I have to ask also... where are you having trouble? I have tried to make the tutorial (here: TUTORIAL LINK), as simple as I can make it and looking at the instructions... I think it is really pretty simple (if it had indeed been read at all... it is a sticky at the top of the rose gallery forum). There is really only three steps:
1. Click the icon (looks like this:
) and upload the image.
2. Wait till it uploads and copy the code.
3. Paste the code in the new post you are writing.
The steps, with pictures, are included in the tutorial.
That's it. If anyone is really stuck then please PM me and I'll send you my phone number (Abbi.. .you should still have it.. woudl be great to catch up again too).
I will have a look now and see if I can make the tutorial even easier to follow. It will apear over the top of the previous tutorial.

Hi,
I hate to say it, but Step 5 doesn't happen. I can copy it but there's nowhere to paste it.
The box where I'm supposed to paste it doesn't come up.

If you can't see the box but can copy the code then you can enter it all manually (very easily and for me, more quickly), by typing this:
- Code:

Re: learning to post pics....pls ignore this post
Simon I got it copied, and pasted the code successfully and it added an image of sorts, but it was just grey, black and red blocky pixels, not a real photo.
anyways I'll keep trying. thank you for your patience.
