Traitor and Concertina are interesting colours.

Simon the iris on the left is wearing rubies. the catalogues describe her beard as red, but I'd say dark orange

I think 'Copatonic' has the most perfect spread of flowers... I like a little 'space' between them. Can't wait for it to arrive Smile

I've just ordered 'Arabian Tapestry' from Selinas too. She said it has smaller flowers than most TBI. I think the colour combos are very nice though.

Some from today:

"Hapmton Gold". Note double quotes indicating it probably isn't correctly named. It was bought as 'Hampton Gold', but Colleen Modra, of Impressive Irises doesn't think it is. It was not bought from II... was bought somewhere random on FleaBay. Good strong yellow though.

Yummo! It is a nice one!
I am waiting for one or two buds to open at the moment.
I have quite a few irises that haven't bloomed yet, and may not do so for all I know. I am tempted to dig those up and plant them elsewhere (Pots probably).
I have a vision of a raised bed in the front lawn for some. I can't work out yet how to make a raised bed that doesn't look like a vegie bed!
