Re: Where is everybody?
Hi everyone we have finally got the power put on today so I can stay on the computer to my heart's content from here on. I have written this message about four times now and for some reason I keep loosing it when I hit a key too hard or one I shouldn't be going near. Will have to find out what is wrong.

Re: Where is everybody?
I have planted out some own root roses, my own as well as ones I got sent from Hedgerow. My next roses to plant will be from Thomas roses.
Yesterday I planted a double laned hedge with 20 plants that I broke up from one clump of Rosamundi I had to move. I got it mixed up when I re planted it a few years ago, it was a own root I grew from a cutting.

Re: Where is everybody?
Thankyou Billndee, you have brought tears almost to my eyes. What a welcome back. Thankyou !!!
I would have been here earlier tonight but I was writting a email to a new roserian friend in Western Australia that has helped me. Then I went through my garden photos and picked a heap to email her. I made a copy , would you like me to sent them to you too ?
If I go to bed now I might get a bit of sleep to see me through the day. Oh it was worth it see what beauty my garden had, haven't had that for so long now and you forget how truely beautiful the roses are in Spring and early Summer. I am getting so excitted looking forward to that comming again.
But first I have got lots of new rose planting to do which I will know I am going to enjoy too ! Then again I might curse myself for being so stupid.

Re: Where is everybody?
Hi Orchid40 ! What roses have you been potting up ?
Hi Carol, instead I was doing rose orders for some of that time, but yes getting to bed earlier. As the weather warms up and if I am still planting roses I will be ale to have a spot light out onto my garden, or for any work I want to do on the garden after dusk.
I think I have a Zephirine Drouhin for you.

Re: Where is everybody?
Hi Karen,
I have potted so far - Brass Band, Diana, Princess of Wales, Rose of Narromine, Tropical Sunset and Bordure nacree. Still to come are Roseraie de L'Hay, Summer Song, Darcey Bussell and New William Shakespeare

I'm sure I said I had no room for any more, don't know what happened LOL!
