What do you get if the Pyrethrum and Poppy cross. A wallaby that is high and does not get bugs.

Same here Ripley. They say you are not a real Tasmanian unless your grandmother is buried in the local cemetery! That is not true for us, we have only been here for 44 years. But we have fooled a lot of the locals though because we have been here longer than they have been alive!

is it prepared like an piece from beef, medium rare ? I had a look at http://www.australiashop.com/. it will cost about 20€ p. kg w.o. packaging and posting in Germany, thats nearly the half of beef fillet, must test it
Re: I'm Moving To Tassie LoL
More like deer I think... it's very lean and quite dark but it stays quite moist if you don't over cook it. I really like it grilled New Orleans style
not quite New Orleans style... but somewhere along those lines.
Bemo do you mean to tell us that over there Beef is nearly 40 euros / kg???

Re: I'm Moving To Tassie LoL
yes, thats roundabout the price: bargain at ebay
fillet from an old milk cow will be a little bit cheaper. So it's not very often on the bill of fare
