pruning dilemma

Post by silkyfizz on 4th August 2017, 15:32

I had planned to prune my crepuscule quite late as we have had frosts here in suburbia for the first time in years. However, seemingly overnight, massive flowering and buds have appeared on the crepuscule. It looks like a major spring flush! Not just a smattering of blooms but massive coverage.

So I'm now in a bit of a quandry. Should I leave the pruning until the flush is over, or forget about about the pruning altogether? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorry, but I'll see what I can do.
This is its normal spring flush taken couple of years ago. At the moment flowers are not quite as densely clothed over the plant but I'd say 75% of whats shown in this photo.

Think I've mucked up posting photo. It's been so long!

Ahh, apparently I can no longer use my images in photobucket unless I pay. Any suggestions?
