My Ebb Tide is suffering from it too. Having said that it seems Ok all of the leaves are healthy and bouncy.

Is it true that after continuous "above the season temperature" then if it rains and suddenly the temperature drops below the season and during the night the temperature falls down to almost zero then the roses suffer from proliferation?

Or is it something else?

I know very little about this issue.   Help please.

I have herd mixed reviews on April Hammer some good some bad.Some say it does better in eastern states and it's bloom is very nice while others say plant is weake and blooms poor.Anybody else grow it??.
