I would like to have some more reds - Oklahoma, Papa M and Firefighter. I'd also like to create a soft orange area that would incorporate Ashram, maybe Warm Wishes and Dame Elisabeth Murdoch. I also like Jordan's rose just posted as First Bloom (can't remember name).
I'm still working to create a green and white area with Jardins de Bagatelle and PJPII.
Wish I had the room to indulge my fantasies!

If you go ahead with a white rose area I would suggest you consider the Australian bred white rose Amazing Grace (Chapman) as it is more than a match for the exotics.

Thanks Ausrose for your suggesstion. Just looked at HMF and Amazing Grace sounds very impressive. Another one I can include in that white/green area.

I have a very long List. The main thing holding me back: having to start a new garden area and my lack of ability to keep it weeded. :p

It's ok Wendy to have weeds, you have seen some of mine in the photo's I sent about the Musketeers, I think the secret is to work with them roflmao , how about your carpet wool in advance to suppress them for next year.

Sometimes I wish roses were like Library books you can take them back and try another.

I'm having a hard time choosing reds and pinks scratch

I want silky's green and white garden 'room', fully grown and transported to my house. Thanks, silk, I know you're on the case.

I'd also like a U-shaped hedge of PJPIIs around my 15-metre saltwater pool, but in the real-life absence of said pool, I'd most dearly love Secret Garden Musk Climber. Okay, if I can't have SGMC, and free electricity for a year is also an impossibility, the rose that calls to me to try for the first time is Firestar.

Lol Betsy and I'll have your hedge of PJPII thank you, to surround a formal pool with waterlilies and fish, tasteful small fountain and a sunlit seat.
