Red Intuition

Post by Happy roses on 25th October 2012, 08:55

I bought RI a couple of years back from a rose nursery and had constant dieback to the point where I gave up. They are renowned for it being a florist rose. I decided to try again and this time got it from bunnings (on impulse). Growing really well with nice amount of buds...I wonder what stock they use and did it make a difference or just plain lucky. Funny how one will do well and another won't. Can't blame the nursery I've had some really good roses from there.

Mine is going well, it's not too heat tolerant though.

Thanks Happy Roses! I have moved mine to get a tiny bit of morning sun (but shaded) and a bit of afternoon sun (still shaded but a bit more than the morning). I am hoping this helps it! Smile
