Bees sure love 'Eyes For You'

I can also smell the flowers more than a metre away, so lovely.

Donít know about that; looks like you have a very nice camera, but the phones do take some really incredible pictures now, too.

Good shots Rosy. Are there many blooms on the bush? I think it would be a lovely sight if it gets smothered in flowers. Boy those bees are sure getting into it aren't they?

Thanks everyone Smile
Maree - I hope you love it as much as I do! I would hate to sell you on a dud. Silky - There's about 50-60 buds and about 8 have bloomed. It's only a month old bare rooted!

Wow! Have you got it on steroids? Is it a low grower, might be nice at the front of a border? Hmmm

Haha maybe! It is over a foot high already so I am unsure of if it will be high or not as yet. It's currently in a pot, hoping to put it out the front once it gets bigger Smile

Teesh, if you are going to plant it, IMO, I would not leave it much longer as your weather up your way will only get hotter and it will retard it's growth and flushes at transplant time.

Rosyteesh, lovely shots of Eyes for You. Glad to hear that it has a good fragrance.
BTW can you tell me what the rose is in your avatar? I love the colour.

Thanks
Sally

Hi Roseman - I won't be planting it until Winter next year as we have no space at the moment.
Hi Sally - It's Augusta Luise. One of my very favourites!

Aaarrgghh!! You don't know how many times I have looked at that rose and not been able to make a decision. Oh well next time I won't procrastinate.
