Is Big Purple the colour in the photo? I have seen it on the show bench when I've been judging it and for want of a better word looks more "purple". From memory what I've seen on the bench  looks more the colour of  the cloaks worn by Roman Emperors.

the photo was taken late arvo , so the colour faded

I really like the appearance of the Big Purple bloom better than the Blackberry Nip in the photos - not a fan of the white/faded edging. Is the only complaint against Big Purple that it doesn't repeat flower as fast as Blackberry Nip?
