Hello

Post by LouiseJB on 2nd June 2012, 15:44

Hello Everyone,
Just thought I'd say hello and I hope I've put this in the right area in the forum. Currently we are renting and all of the roses are in pots. They are mainly hybrid teas and floribundas. I look forward to chatting with everyone.
Hope you have a great weekend!
Cheers,
Louise.

Hi there Louise. I think you will find a few kindred spirits here as there a few with their rose gardens in pots. I have done it myself.

Hervey Bay ; isn't that one of the premier whale watching sites on the east coast ? **sighs with envy**

Hi Louise. Great to see another Queenslander.

Thar she blows! Actually went up to Harvey Bay to see the whales quite a number of yearsago. It is good to see that their numbers are increasing. We see them now of the Sunshine Coast quite a bit.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I think I'm really going to enjoy being a part of this forum as I think I've found some other "rose tragics".

The whales are a major part of the Hervey Bay identity and I think the whole town gets excited when the whales stop and play in the Bay. If anyone is interested the best time to see them would be September and October.

Cheers,
Louise.
