My makeshift nursery

Post by Alee on 4th April 2012, 22:01

Hi, I have been away from internet for a while. I am making a small makeshift nursery on a roof of a shed. It is almost completed now. I've got 8 Air Conditioners close by the shed and I'm planning to collect water from these units for my plants.

Whats going into your nursery Alee, roses I think/hope. The other thing Alee, how are the roses that you had in pots over the years going Question . Have you used the drippers I sent, they would work well in the nursery, one in each pot.

David, what are you doing up so early. I'm getting ready to go to bed.

I'm going to get mostly flowering plants to my nursery. Roses, Bougain Villea, Hibiscus, jasmine, lantana, Ixora, night blooming Jasmine (Cestrum nocturnum) ... to name a few. I am hpoing to get some roses from Bruce and Simon as well.

Only 2 have survived as they were neglected. I have Abraham Derby and Lady Hillingdon Cl. And 2 Rose Edward (Our National Flower).

I still have the drippers, Thanks once again. Hopefully will use it in future.
