My my! What a gracious welcome!

It was a bit touch and go there for a moment, (as I use @gmail to receive personal emails and it's a dirty word in the forum spam world) but I'm glad I made it through to join the very knowledgeable roseologists here!!

I'm a Victorian. Pheasant Creek is at the mountainous tip of the Yarra Vally wine region, we have thick red clay soil and the occasional frost (snow in Oct too).

I'm completely new to roses but I have a relatively large project and I would like to make sure I do the right thing to avoid wasting a lot of time and money...

Thank you Ripley and Roseman for the lovely welcome, I hope to learn a lot and make some new friends during my stay here.

Cheerio~ Ursula
